Resourcing
Chicago Autism Resource and Education (C.A.R.E.) provides support to families and care givers by maintaining a relationship with many resources from Federal, State and local levels that help families affected with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). With the previous experience of several of our board members, we have built relationships to assist in navigating the different levels of support that families and care givers need to best help their loved ones.
From assisting in getting proper healthcare and appropriate educational support, to finding resources to help in financial and other supportive ways, C.A.R.E. advocates on behalf of those diagnosed with ASD.
C.A.R.E. Focuses mainly in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will counties. We can also provide limited support to those in need in DeKalb, Grundy, Kankakee, Kendall and LaSalle counties with the hopes of expanding to those areas to be able to fully support those families and care givers as well. C.A.R.E.’s mission includes coordinating and providing information and assistance to those afflicted with ASD.
